The 1 Hotel South Beach is easily one of the top properties on Miami Beach, and overall we had a good stay. I did want to share a few notes that might help future guests and the hotel team as well.
From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, our stay at 1 Hotel exceeded every expectation. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning and the atmosphere is peaceful, luxurious, and beautifully designed, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredible people.
We hosted an event at 1 Hotel South Beach and it was truly an incredible experience. Kristel helped us transform the rooftop into a beautiful oasis, dedicating so much time and care to every detail. I genuinely couldn’t have executed this event without her.

Getting married at 1 Hotel South Beach
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
