The rooms were beautiful, and the views were just as impressive. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of downtown Annapolis, steps away from Choptank and several other great spots, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient.
Great stay for the 1 night. I came for a quick escape from DC. The location is perfect right on the water. I booked a waterfront view King room which I definitely encourage. The view was gorgeous from the room and so peaceful. Room was very clean and well maintained. Valet team was efficient and kind.
The rooms were probably renovated in 2024 and they were just wrapping up their restaurant renovation in July 2026. We’re glad we used a suite night to get a balcony waterfront room. The beds are comfortable and we appreciate the abundance of towels in the room.

First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
