Had a delicious Christmas Eve lunch at Anthony's today, and made reservations for 2 ahead of time. Today's service was very friendly and festive! We had their crab artichoke dip with Sourdough bread to start, with was warm and delicious with plenty of bread. I had their shrimp cobb salad, a long time favorite of mine.
Such a great view of the marina! Today was a rainy/misty/sometimes sunny day and it was fun watching the weather evolve while we sat. There is free parking in the garage as long as it is under 2 hours. We are celebrating our 44th anniversary today and this place was the perfect spot for wine and small bites.
It's highly rated, but i wasn't overly impressed. Hostess was quick to seat us, server was friendly n efficient. View is great, although we were there at night/dark. Food led much to be desired. No fresh veges with meal, onions as server said out of fries.... wouldn't even expect fries here.
I came here for a quick lunch on Thursday. I tried the claw chowder and pan fried oysters with chips. The clam chowder was one of the best clam chowder I’ve had. The pan fried oysters were okay though. I wished the fries were crispier. The view of the restaurant was beautiful since it’s by the water.
Getting married at Anthony's at Sinclair Inlet
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
