From the reviews

Disclosure: We did not stay in a cabin or an Airstream on the property. We arrived in our own fifth wheel and stayed for three nights in February 2026. This was our first time staying at Bay Point Landing and I'd say it's one of our favorite spots we've stopped on the Oregon coast! The campground itself is interesting.

Update: We just spent a full month at BPL. The 30 day flat rate was very reasonable. $1100 (winter rate), all included utilities for that price. It's roughly $36 per day. Budget friendly, and a beautiful facility besides. I especially appreciated the background chks for all long term guests. We felt safe at BPL.

Amazing wedding reception location for the price and views. Staff was accommodating and it made planning easy. There was plenty of space for our guests and a nice center floor to dance. Our guests loved it. The rooms were so cute.

★★★★★ — Rachel, Jun 2025

This was such a beautiful place to spend new years with my now fiancé (we got engaged here!). It was such an amazing getaway, and we’re sad to be leaving, but will definitely be back. We brought our frenchie with us, and he loved it here as well. It’s so cozy, clean, and quiet.

Getting married at Bay Point Landing

Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
