Wow, just wow! Probably get tired of hearing this in their reviews but definately worth mentioning again, Al and his super professional and knowledgeable team thought of everything.
We have a couple November birthdays in our family, so we decided to rent this lovely beach house for the week and it did not dissapoint. We stayed in "Avalon" with access to the ocean and the bay. The sweeping views from the home were breathtaking.
We stayed in Eden Beach House in August 2025. It was amazing! The house was clean and equipped beyond our expectations....not only in beach, River and water toys and game room, but in child safety, and needs as well.
From splashing in the waves to kayaking in the bay we had a great vacation at Carpe Diem. Beach Houses in Paradise provided a wonderful experience! The house was very well stocked with everything we needed for inside and outside of the house. The provided beach items and outside toys are a huge plus.
Getting married at Beach Houses in Paradise
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
