We booked the 12 PM Crab Island Excursion and had a fantastic experience. The boat wasn’t crowded at all, and the 3.5‑hour tour was perfect for families. You can bring your own float tube or buy one on the spot (around $5.99 for kids and $10.99 for adults), and they conveniently inflate them for you before boarding.
What an awesome marina and experience. Too-not h customer service the minute you walk in the door at every level. They also have a cool store and you can get anything you need!! We took out a tiki pontoon boat and it was awesome!!
Absolutely phenomenal experience with Beach Weekend Tiki Boat Rental! From the moment we booked until we stepped off the boat, everything was top-notch. The customer service is genuinely outstanding — the team was incredibly friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure our weekend was perfect.
Our family booked a full day pontoon rental on 7/2 for next day 7/3 - right before the 4th of July. Would we have chosen the floating tiki pontoon with slide if we had more choices? Probably not. But we had an amazing time and got lots of smiles and waves from the busy boating scene.
Getting married at Beach Weekend
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
