★★★★★ Outstanding Stay at Beachside Resort & Residences Beachside Resort & Residences is the perfect blend of relaxation, comfort, and true Key West vibes. From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere feels welcoming and laid-back, exactly what you want when you’re in the Keys.
Room was absolutely beautiful. We had a king bed suite. Had the bathroom off the bedroom, a kitchen, living room, dining area and a half bath. We had a spiral staircase from our patio, but no walkway just uneven stone, so be careful. Location was nice.
Great location and on-resort amenities. The shuttle to Duval Street is priceless! Parking is often difficult to find and is pricey. The pool area is great! We had a 3-BR condo. Rooms are nice, but lacking in some minor areas. The kitchen isn't stocked very well if you plan on cooking anything. Very minimal pots/pans.
This is a must stay resort! The property is immaculate and the staff is friendly and extremely accommodating. The suites and the patio off the living room are roomy! The full kitchen has a counter with bar stools, and a dining area for large groups. The master suite is stunning with an amazingly comfortable bed.
Getting married at Beachside Resort & Residences
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
