On the property
“Our room was impeccably clean and well appointed, but it was the bathroom and sweeping water views that truly stood out peaceful, restorative, and unmistakably coastal.”
“Clean, warm, and inviting, but we paid a fairly hefty upgrade fee to have a water view room and we’re looking at a boat dock on a narrow channel.”
What couples highlight
“You don't even have to leave the Hotel to have an amazing time - the food at 34° North was amazing, the grounds were beautiful, and the rooms were very well appointed.”
From the reviews
Our 15th anniversary and vow renewal at Beaufort Hotel was everything we dreamed of, and so much more, thanks to their incredible venue and outstanding team! First, the venue itself is amazing! The rooms are all so clean and gorgeous. We had the pleasure of staying in their hospitality suite, and it was perfect.
What a lovely hotel! Right on the water and the rooms are just so elegant! Our king was super comfy and the restaurant food at 34 North was reasonably priced and delicious. Best of all employees were friendly and so helpful.
In my opinion, it’s the only place to stay if you’re ever visiting Beaufort . Perfect location, great views, and friendly staff the moment you arrive on the property. Austin went above and beyond as valet , even though my room wasn’t ready ,my car was cleared and I was made very comfortable. Thank you all!
Great hotel in an okay locarion. Clean, warm, and inviting, but we paid a fairly hefty upgrade fee to have a water view room and we’re looking at a boat dock on a narrow channel. Staff is kind and welcoming. The on-site restaurant is excellent. A good stay but I wouldn’t come to the area just for this.
Getting married at Beaufort Hotel
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
