From the reviews

My Son had his wedding there and it was magnificent. Instead of in some stuffy country club we created our own magic and everyone from all over the US said it was the best wedding they have ever been to.

Went to the clock tower to play in a charity poker tournament sponsored by the Benicia Police Department and Blue Dog. Thanks to our host for letting us buy in at the door. The event had a Mexican dinner, live deejay, free soft drinks, and multiple raffles. Although I got knocked out early.

It was a nice venue. Nice size too. I was surprised how hot it was, no central air. Was expecting a breeze off the water. There were two huge ceiling fans which were helpful. It would be nice to have one or two more in the back of the room. The view of the water was nice.

Fabulous place with a lot of history. The stonewalls alone will give your event a feeling that you cannot get in very many other places. There's plenty of parking, a full kitchen and tons of atmosphere!

Getting married at Benicia Clock Tower

Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
