I had my wedding reception here in February and it was perfect!! We were able to decorate and customize it the way that we had envisioned! 😍 The bride and groom suite was such an amazing addition and made the day feel extra special!! Tait and Jacquie were wonderful! And James was such a big help too!!
I had the pleasure of working at this beautiful venue in Titusville. The direct water views create such a stunning, peaceful atmosphere that instantly elevates any event. From a vendor standpoint, the dedicated kitchen space for the catering team is a huge plus and keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
We rented this beautiful venue for our daughter’s birthday party! It was amazing! The place is fantastic, the perfect size and decorated so well! Everything went smoothly and we will absolutely be having more events there in the future!

Getting married at Black and White Venue

Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
