My husband and I got married at the Manor at Bohemia Overlook this past June (2021) and I could not recommend it more. When we were looking for venues we knew we wanted to get married on the water and finding the Manor at Bohemia Overlook felt like hitting the jackpot.
We had the greatest experience at Bohemia Overlook for our wedding day. From our initial consultation with Kimberly to the active communication from their team to us and answering our millions of questions, we had an amazing experience from beginning to end.
We had the most fantastic day for our daughters wedding at Bohemia Overlook. Denise and Stephanie took awesome care of us from start to finish and the venue itself was spectacular! .Everyone had an amazing time. Her wedding day was truly amazing and I thank all parties involved.
We had our wedding at Bohemian Overlook and chose the barn for our celebration. I had always envisioned a cozy, intimate wedding, and that feeling was very important to me.
Getting married at Bohemia Overlook
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
