This place is awesome! I highly recommend it. My daughter just had her wedding there & I can't say enough about the service & staff. They are very attentive, friendly & Patty is absolutely amazing making sure everything was running smoothly. Kudos to all of you. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
JULY 13, 2023 There is nothing negative to say about this beach. They cater to special needs people no matter what the disability. They have a mat on the sand so people in wheelchairs can access the beach. Sand is always extreamly clean. The police are amazing. If i could give it 100 stars I would !
Wonderful atmosphere for a wedding or any indoor / outdoor function. Right on the beach, with across the street a larger area for gatherings. The covered pavillion makes it nice for weather fluctuations, as well as being comfortable no matter the forecast. I would definitely recommend, will consider for our next event.
Beautiful facility. The entire ocean view wall is glass. Ample space for meetings or receptions. Kitchen seems a little small for the space, but it’s lovely.
Getting married at Borough of Belmar Taylor Pavilion
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
