“We had our ceremony on the beach right in front of the venue (reservation booked separately) and it worked out perfectly and made for an easy transition into the venue for the reception.”

From the reviews
We had our wedding at the Cabrillo Pavilion and it was a beautiful venue to have a wedding in Santa Barbara. Working with the parks team to get our reservation in was very straight forward and the price for the venue is much more reasonable than many of the private venues in the area.
Nice facility on the beach. Restrooms available to the public. A couple was getting married on the beach and had their reception at the Pavilion. There is also a trendy restaurant on site.
Located on one of the greatest beaches of Santa Barbara this Pavilion offer excellent hospitality and high end service. I’m swimming from this beach second year and like the place. Quite safe parking, easy to reach from high way, and close to Ocean.
Beautiful place for a beach wedding and reception. Our daughters was perfect this past weekend. The staff was great to work with. Highly recommend!!!
Getting married at Cabrillo Pavilion
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
