Fantastic venue for the free concerts that are offered on the river. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the lights around the park need to be turned off or at least dimmed when the show is on. Need a few porta potties closer to lawn seating area as well & lights flashing on them, was pitch dark inside.
Had a great event here! Ft Myers Collectorfest! Beautiful well lit event center within feet of a very nice waterside park. That being said loading in our items was very difficult. Small dock area.
Fantastic venue for our graduation. Very elegant and intimate setting. Their staff was willing go above and beyond for our event. We will be using them again for future commencement ceremonies!
Getting married at Caloosa Sound Convention Center
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
