Built in 2021-this building is at a key location on the Jetties to view the ships heading to the Port of Brownsville and to watch the Space X blast offs. Note it is not usually open to the public-except during concerts or special events.
Awesome venue overlooking the jetties, loved it, breezy after sunset, awesome music, had a blast
Nice place for any event. Parking lot is small and most are on the side of the establishment. Inside good size for special events of a certain size. Outside the view is nice of the beach and the stone seating is ok for sitting, but not for a long time so bring a towel or cushion for comfort.
Had fun with my wife at the beach. saw the prototype of a drone show .it was nice but they have to work on it so that people on jetties can see the show.the drones flew to low Short and sweet 15 min. But it was quality time with my wife 🙂

Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
