We held our wedding at Cay Pointe Villa on April 16th and everything was absolutely perfect! The villas provided the perfect backdrop for our wedding day and the perfect place for our bridal party to stay. The beach is fairly private and quiet which was perfect for our small wedding.
Cay Pointe is perfectly placed right on the beach, beautiful beach views with all villa's and a deck. So cozy, beach bungalow aesthetic. Really just a short walk to dip your toes in the gulf shore. Had my wedding here! Lyn took excellent care of our booking; her warm spirit will make you feel welcome and in good hands.

Lynn & her family are absolutely incredible people. My fiance and I decided to get married in FL, but after hurricanes in 2024, our original venue sustained a lot of damage so we had to look elsewhere. We came across Cay Pointe Villas and our beach front wedding dreams fit perfectly here.
Getting married at Cay Pointe Villa
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
