Fun resort to stay at and would be a lively place in the summer and during boating season! It rained non-stop during this trip, so there weren’t many chances to get outside and explore the property. The meals on-property were worth the price and good portions. Bridges Restaurant even still serves $1 coffee!

I've photographed a wedding at Cedar Shores Resort, and it's a great base for exploring Chamberlain and the Missouri River. The property has a welcoming atmosphere, and you're just minutes from boating and other waterfront activities.

I stayed at this hotel with my friends for 2 nights. Everything wasn't perfect, but it was okay for the price we paid. The rooms were decent and the location was convenient. If you're traveling with fun friends, you'll probably enjoy your stay even more because they can make the experience much better.

Beautiful location, very scenic, very easy to get to, everyone should take the time to come visit this place if you haven't already. I did not know this resort was here, just minutes away from interstate and the beautiful Dignity statue.

Getting married at Cedar Shore Resort

Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
