We had our wedding in the ballroom. Very scenic and beautiful venue! Overall a pretty good venue that includes food, tables, chairs, linens, etc. The ballroom house itself is beautiful with lots of light indoors due to the large windows, and a nice deck for an outside ceremony.
My husband and I hosted our wedding here in the Knollview House on 8-10-24 and it was such a great experience. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and made for incredible pictures. We booked them with only about 2.5 months notice but they made it as easy as possible for us and made our big day perfect.
On 10.4.25 My fiance and I had our wedding here and it did not disappoint. The venue is breathtaking. Right on the water with great views each way you look. The staff was on point, friendly and always prepared. Plenty of space and plenty of parking for the guests.

Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
