Very clean place. Nice security team there. They had good food options and places to sit and eat. They have an outside smoking area with seating area as well. Many handicap ramps and accessible doors, I was quite surprised. It was a great place for the venue.
This venue is very convenient, with competent and friendly staff. It is easy to navigate and well maintained. I have attended three events here so far, and it has been a pleasant and seamless experience each time. I would like to return in the future so I hope they continue to book interesting acts.
Great layout and great staff. The scenic views outside are amazing as well since its between the two bridges. My only gripe with the area is parking and getting back onto 41 around rush hour.
Went for the Hurricane Expo. It was very informative. The venue was easy to find and clean. Plenty of (free) parking.
Getting married at Charlotte Harbor Event and Conference Center
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
