First, for all the insistence that this is a luxury boutique, very few amenities included with your stay. Pretty much anything CAN be included, but at an extra charge. Look elsewhere for all-inclusive. We had a 1br suite (including galley kitchen), and Crane's felt like the perfect fusion of vacation rental and hotel.
Nice boutique hotel with many different look rooms. Studios, 1 bedroom suites, etc and Pools. Short walk to the ocean beach, Intracoastal and many restaurants, bars, and clubs. Geat place to bring your children. Unfortunately, they have a couple of tiki bars that are not long open. It used to be a hot spot at night.
Found this place online and took a chance. Absolutely wonderful resort, perfectly located near the beach and easy walk into town. Upon arrival we were updated to a suite, which was really nice! Staff is very friendly, competent, and helpful. Room was really wonderful. Bed was great. 2 pools. Really nice find!

Getting married at Crane's Beach House Boutique Hotel & Luxury Villas
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
