We love visiting CuriOdyssey! It’s a perfect spot for young kids — my 1-year-old and 3-year-old daughters always have a great time here. The otters are adorable, and we especially enjoy the noon feeding time, where the staff shares lots of interesting facts about their behavior and habitat.
Really fun science museum and mini zoo for kids. There's also a playground, and spectacular views of the Bay. You do have to pay (~$7) to get into the Coyote Point Regional Recreational Area to be able to access the museum, but if you stay and hang out in the park or at the waterfront there, it will feel worth it…
This place is such a gem for families. It’s a really fun science museum mixed with a mini zoo, and it honestly keeps both kids and adults entertained. There are tons of hands-on exhibits, plus a great mix of indoor and outdoor spaces, so kids can explore, play, and not get bored.
A nice place to enjoy with kids. Got play areas with different kinds of items outdoor and various science related activities indoor and few animal exhibits too. A complete package to spend time for entire day with the bay view. Got ASTC affiliated museum membership, which made me to visit this place.
Getting married at CuriOdyssey
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
