From the reviews
Fun place, great service, food is good. Awesome beach, get the frozen blast drink with whipped cream on top! It's a winner! Hang out feet in the sand... eat indoors, outdoors, and even a little of both. I am not a fish lover, the ribeye was great. . appetizers really good, too.
We were on vacation and this place was like home away from home. Between the restaurant staff to the guests everyone made us feel welcome and were so nice. The perch sandwich was absolutely amazing and highly recommended by everyone and the grouper sandwicheswere just as amazing.
I started with the lobster and crab bisque. It was phenomenal! Creamy with huge chucks of meat, the best bisque I have ever eaten. My main was a crab cake sandwich. It had lots of flavor and perfectly cooked. I have eaten here about 8 times and never had a bad experience.
I had the Perch sandwich. There was 4 big pieces of fresh perch cooked perfectly. I was able eat 2 strips by themselves and then still had 2 on my sandwich 😋. Not to mention the view plus beach accessibility!! Oh and the price? Imo was fair to say the least for the location and quality.
Getting married at Dock's Beach House Restaurant
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
