From the reviews
Estero is absolutely fabulous in every way, the staff, the rooms, the view. We had a wonderful experience there the two days we spent with them, but what put them over the top was when I realized I left my robe on the back of the bathroom door, the robe I used to get ready for my wedding day 😭 they were amazing and…
We booked one night at the Estero Inn during a California road trip from LA to Portland and it ranked as one of the top 2 hotels along our entire journey (10+ hotels in total)! We loved every detail...fireplace, comfortable bed, adjustable lighting, swivel chairs at bay window, Nespresso machine & bottled water...
Estero Inn is an absolute must stay if you love Morro Bay. The views are great, you are right on the water. Also the wine options are tasty, if you enjoy wine. You are walking distance to tons of local shops and food. So thankful we decided to stay here. It was definitely worth the priceless memories.
Outstanding! We stayed in one of the waterfront suites. Super comfortable, quiet and oh, what a view!! The lady that checked us in and also ran the wine bar was very nice. In the morning, we rented kayaks from the adjoining Estero Adventures just outside our door. So peaceful on the water
Getting married at Estero Inn
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
