EYC is an absolutely wonderful place to have your wedding!! I say this because it was our experience!! The views out the windows are amazing and the way that it looks when it’s all done up is truly incredible! More than that Katrina makes it all happen!
We walk by here every other day,the view is second to none. Why isn't someone exploiting this? Update: Paid parking has arrived. First 2 hours free. Pay from phone. Grounds look even nicer. They even have hanging baskets! Remember when our whole city had them?
This place is pretty nice. I can't speak to the dealings with those who are in charge but I have attended two weddings here and both seemed pretty nice. Decent sized place too for a larger guest party.
The EYC is a venue space, available for weddings, parties, and other social events. It hasn't been a functioning yacht club for years from what I understand. Great location...
Getting married at Everett Yacht Club
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
