From the reviews
Our daughter had her wedding and reception here. We were very pleased with the results.
Beautiful home and a piece of Mobile history. I hadn't been there in 20 years, so I could see some renovations had taken place, but the tiny bathroom was still there! The courtyard is quaint and I think this would be a beautiful place to have a small gathering or a very intimate wedding. 100% haunted, just saying.
The Ezell House went above and beyond for our Make A Wish Alabama fundraiser event. Amy was amazing to work with and helped relieve so much stress! Thank you Amy! The facility was beautiful and was decorated for Christmas already so we had to do very little extra. I highly recommend them for your event.
Venue is so beautiful and a wonderful place for a downtown wedding! We walked in a second line from the church to the venue and guests loved it. The space was perfect with different rooms separating the space and outdoor space was romantic and elegant. Everyone was wonderful!
Getting married at Ezell House
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
