From the reviews
Our daughter and her fiancee got married at the Ferry Watch Inn last weekend. We are still floating on air. Pastoral, serene, lush green grass, resplendent trees, incredibly set right beside Lake Champlain! The nearby barn is perfect for dinner and/or wedding reception. Plenty of room for a tent for band.
Marc and Heather have a stunning property - perfect for a wedding, or really any event / celebration. We reserved the Ferry Watch Inn for our son's wedding weekend - holding the rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception all at the location. The bride also used the onsite apartment to get ready.
Beautiful venue and great experience with the owners. We had our wedding in August and even though it poured most of the time, the space was perfect and we caught a rainbow and sunset 💕 We used the Airbnb space to get ready, and loved the space overall. Thanks again!
I attended a wedding here, it was a beautiful venue! The ceremony took place overlooking the lake, the rehearsal and dancing were held in the barn. Gorgeous location.
Getting married at Ferry Watch Inn - Historic Lakefront Wedding Venue
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
