From the reviews
One of the most beautiful weddings I have ever been to. You are on a peninsula with the cool wind coming off the water the whole time if you are outside like we were. The building has places for you to hold events of any size, and if it rains on the day of your event, all is not lost. Just move it inside.
We recently stayed at the guest house with a large group and had an amazing time! The floor plan is thoughtfully laid out and felt very private even with a full house. It was very clean and comfortable, and the views were stunning. All of this made for a relaxing weekend getaway we’ll never forget.
We had a New Year’s party there a week ago and I was beyond impressed. The facility is excellent and the views are breathtaking! The management was very responsive and everything was very clean
Flowers Landing is a beautiful venue and was the perfect place for our girls weekend trip. We enjoyed being on the water, kayaking and paddle boarding and floating. We had a super fun boat ride to Belhaven for dinner. We enjoyed wonderful massages looking out over the water.
Getting married at Flowers Landing at Woodstock Point
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
