From the reviews
We stayed at Halii Kai rental unit 12A before Christmas and it was heaven on earth. The grounds welcomed us like a warm hug as we arrived. Extremely welcoming and the true spirit of Aloha, as everything was well appointed and manicured. The condo itself was amazing.
Lovely accomodation and very well kept grounds. The view from the pool and restaurant at night and su set is amazing. Very quiet and peaceful if that's what your looking for. On a next visit we would probably look for something closer to bigger selection of bars and restaurants, that said lovely location and well kept.
I love the condo (17H). Beautiful and cozy. It has everything necessary. Very close to the Beach club.
Review: A Serene and Scenic Retreat If you’re looking for a peaceful and picturesque getaway, this location offers a stunning backdrop with park-like settings that truly take your breath away.
Getting married at Hali’i Kai at Waikōloa
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
