I went here for my anniversary. The staff were nice, attentive and welcoming. The view was great. The foods were delectable. Portions was generous. We had Shrimp Tempura Chrispy Rice Bites, Pan Roasted Lamb Shank, Pan Roasted Bakkafrost Salmon, and dessert. I would definitely come back to this spot during the summer.
Great dinner spot with a beautiful view. Personally I LOVED the appetizers. The lamb was great (sauce was to die for). The streak was ok, not bad at all but I kind of expected more.
I'll give the well-done ribeye steak the gold medal, it was excellent. The scallops with the mashed potatoes were also outstanding. I would have preferred the scallops and the fried rice to be a bit less salty, but that's a matter of personal taste.
I had a perfect dining experience here. The view, atmosphere and food was excellent. The service was slightly (and I mean VERY slightly) slow, but I attribute that to dining alone as quite a few large parties walked in when I did. I absolutely can’t wait to come back on my next visit to the area.
Getting married at Haven Riverfront Restaurant and Bar
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
