I enjoyed this vacation. It is a 3 star motel, so don’t have 5 star expectations. Staff is great, very friendly and helpful! Location is really good, but this motel is under construction, so it’s not a resort right now.
We had a great time at this beach resort. The rooms were in perfect condition and completely updated. Construction was going on during our stay but only during the daytime hours with exterior repairs. Ginger and her team were so nice and were great to deal with on every interaction.
The hotels are under a pretty major renovation. There is no outdoor pool or hot tub. They are being replaced. There is a ping pong table and a computer and that's about it for amenities. There isn't any outside space that can used except a small path to the beach. There are chairs and umbrellas on the beach .

First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
