The staff at the resort (servers, valet, bellman) are very friendly and helpful. Huge shout-out to EMELY in Concierge Services: our original room was definitely not up to par and she quickly went to work finding us a new room (which is perfect and so much better)!
Great location, awesome staff.. everyone was so attentive.. great pools with seawater lagoon for snorkeling, kayaking and so much other stuff.. nice quiet location, quick service, cherry on the top of ice-cream was dolphin quest!!!
I did not stay here but visited a few times during my trip from my nearby resort. This resort is beautiful with amazing ocean views. There's a walking path that goes that goes along the waterfront that's great for photos.
Wow, what a large beautiful report with so much to do. The indigenous Hawaiian and Asian artwork around the grounds were splendid. The lagoon has great snorkeling where you can see tons of saltwater fish, eels, spotted eagle rays, and turtles up close.
Getting married at Hilton Waikoloa Village
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
