Stayed in a sea view room at Holiday Inn Resort Daytona Beach and it truly gave me a relaxing and peaceful feeling. Waking up and seeing the ocean right outside the balcony was amazing — the sound of the waves and the open view instantly helped me slow down and unwind.
Stayed at this hotel for the 2025 Daytona Bike Week. The hotel is nice with a resturant. As with many beach hotels it is a bit aged. Rooms were Clean and quiet. The Resturant had good service and a wide offering of food.
Ended up staying here after waiting past 8 for my room that was supposed to be ready at 4. Staff was super nice and seemed to be empathetic to what happened. Did what they could to try to help make the little trip better. Rooms were super clean. Also ended up needing a pan and spatula and they brought it fairly quick.
Room is a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Premium rooms are more updated. We got the 6th floor facing the ocean and the view is spectacular. We caught a little bit of view the New Year's eve fireworks at the pier. Location is great, steps to the beach but not on the main strip.

Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
