On the property
“Otherwise all the rooms we saw seemed nice, besides a brown stain on one of the pillows in the first room and the "ocean view" being greatly overwhelmed by the top of roof.”

From the reviews
Our ocean side two bedroom condo in the South Hampton tower was nice and perfect for our family, and exactly as advertised when the reservation was made. The staff and services at the resort were amazing as well. Will definitely be back at some point in the future.
Where do I begin.... Tyneshoa Macon, one of the managers at the Embassy Suites turned my 0 rating to 5-star. She went above and beyond to save a trip that had otherwise fell apart. We booked through Bluegreen Vacations, who's now affiliated with Hilton results...
Long story short, we had to try 4 rooms at the Hilton that all had a crazy loud "bang" noise when the heater turned on and off. They were patient with us, the maintenance guy did come quickly, manager did step in, and they did resolve it by eventually sending us to attached hotel (Kingston).
We stayed in room 603A was a great room hotel is great but a few small details that make it difficult 1 no coffee pot in room and if you like Starbucks great but be prepared to walk a long way, 2 no where to get ice from and the room fridge has a very small is try which is ok for a glass but not for a small cooler…
Getting married at Kingston Resorts
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
