The Lakefront Lodge is a wonderful small park with a beautiful view of the lake. It's a great place to sit on a bench and feel the sea breeze. There is a path down to the water's edge, but there's no access to the water due to the concrete retaining wall rough pieces of concrete with rebar sticking out.
One of our favorite spots to have takeout at a picnic bench & enjoy a sunset. You can even rent the building for parties.
Stunning view, small parking lot, nice folks to mingle with. If you're in the area, you should come see it for yourself.
Lakeview Lodge is one of those rare spots that manages to be both lively and laid-back. The setting couldn’t be better—it’s perched right along the shoreline, with a beach park that feels like it was made for unwinding.
