From the reviews

Hidden location with no signs. Mostly locals know about this place. My niece wanted to come here since I'm visiting and would be a good idea to hang out here. Limited parking space, we bought some snacks at the KoOlina Marketplace, parked the car and walked. Nice area, tucked away from everything.

This is a small, low-key beach, and I often see Monk seals and turtles here. It's in the Ko Olina resort, but it's not one of the manmade lagoons. Note that there is limited parking and no restrooms.

Favorite spot on Oahu for the sunset and for snorkeling. Super quiet and absolutely worth the views. Also, if you’re lucky you may get to swim with some local turtles (so beautiful to look at)🐢🌺👌🤙🏝

Had to swim over coral through the tiny channel from paradise cove to get here. My daughter climbed the rocks along the edge instead of swimming it. Very nice beach but it only goes 3 feet deep

Getting married at Lanikuhonua Lagoon

Lanikuhonua Lagoon is a public beach or park, so a ceremony here almost always needs a permit from the managing city, county, or state parks office — and the rules matter: many public beaches cap your guest count, set ceremony windows, and restrict what you can set up (some ban chairs, arches, and amplified sound entirely). There's no on-site coordinator, catering, or weather backup, so you'll bring your own vendors and a rain plan. The payoff is a stunning setting at a fraction of a private venue's cost. Start with our public-beach permit guide, then call the local office to confirm this season's rules.
