From the reviews
My daughter had her wedding reception at the Larchmont Shore Club last weekend. Rita, the Banquet Manager, couldn’t have been any more amazing! She was extremely customer focused and attentive from the time we selected this venue to the time of the wedding.
Always loved the layout and vibe here. The clubhouse, formerly known as La Hacienda due to its red roof and mansard trimmings, was once the home of the Schaffer (Rheingold) beer family. The beach is ample compared to other local shoreline clubs. Dining rooms are varied and ideal for both small and large gatherings.
Beautiful setting. The old part of the house is approaching its 100 anniversary. The new and old parts are nicely integrated.
My cousin was married here. Great venue Rita McCready does an outstanding job and makes sure all details are covered.
Getting married at Larchmont Shore Club
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
