We just had our wedding at the Lazaretto on 9/2/2023 & it was an absolute dream come true! From the very beginning their coordinator Terri was nothing short of amazing. She was accommodating with touring the ballroom on our schedule & answered any and all questions I had.
We just had our wedding at the Lazaretto on 10/11/2024 and it couldn’t have been a more perfect day! Terri was so helpful and responsive with planning beforehand and did an awesome job at wrangling our 20 person bridal party on the day of.
My daughter got married there last night and I’ve always heard about how good the food was and how great Terry is. Well, I was blown away. How absolutely perfect everything was. I know it was my daughter‘s wedding, but this was the perfect wedding. I cannot see a venue possibly doing a better job.
I had my wedding there on April 24, 2026 from the beginning when we first looked at the venue Terri was amazing. Treated us like family made us feel comfortable. She was there every step of the way any questions we had. She was there to answer them.
Getting married at Lazaretto Ballroom
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
