After we booked our wedding venue in Newport, we weren’t quite sure where we’d be getting ready. Due to poor planning on my part, the primary suite at our venue had been already booked when we decided to get ready on site.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Little Gold! I rented the space to get ready on my wedding day, and it was truly the perfect choice. The location is ideal, and the space itself is so thoughtfully decorated—every corner is charming and photogenic. I'm genuinely obsessed with the photos from that morning!

I rented Little Gold the morning of my wedding and I am so glad that we did! The space was relaxing, clean, held so much natural light, and the furniture and decor are so carefully curated to give you a sense of sophistication and comfort.
Getting married at Little Gold
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
