We were at the Majestic Beach Resort for several weeks recently. I think it is a wonderful place to stay. The location is great. Loved to sit on the balcony to enjoy the beautiful view of the beach and emerald green water.
Perfect place to be ON the beach. Parking was easy. They even have a specific place to unload and load your vehicle before you park. Security is amazing and friendly. Pools are nice. They have a bar and grill right next to the Tower 1 pools and they prices arent bad at all.
Studio was cramped. Only 1 person in the kitchen at one time. Once we realized that, we adjusted our routine and all was great. The balcony view was awesome! The pools and hot tubs were great and you could find a pool that was sheltered from the cool Jan winds.
Views of Gulf were stunning! Beach was beautiful and loved walking by the ocean! Rooms were clean and well appointed (toilet paper and kitchen starter supplies). Would have liked some starter washer soap. Lots of loud road noise into the wee hours of the morning. Hard to sleep despite ear plugs.
Getting married at Majestic Beach Resort
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
