We had an exceptional experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it. Guest Service Manager Deniz is truly outstanding. We encountered a significant issue with our booking due to my own error, and she handled it with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care.
My husband and I have been at this hotel twice at the same month and we live 6 hours away and every visit its been a wonderful stay. the staff has been so wonderfully nice and accommodating (we love the staff)the location is awesome beach front view can’t beat that. I love awaking up and hearing the waves.
All rooms either have a full view of the ocean or no view. Even rooms face the ocean, odd face the freeway. There are free e bikes for 2 hours rides along the beach. There is complimentary wine each evening, and s'more at the fire pits that face the ocean. Beds aren't bad for a hotel, the shower was great.
