From the reviews
We had our wedding at Cove Cabin and it was truly an unforgettable location. The inns were absolutely stunning and the inn keeper did a really nice job of ensuring the wedding party had everything we needed. It was an unforgettable experience and I would do it again.
My husband and I got married here and had the most perfect wedding. Our experiences with the staff at Mt. Hope and the Russel Morin team was seamless from the first contact. The farm, inn, and cove cabin are all beautiful and the grounds are well maintained.
This is a great place to walk at. There are various farm animals you can visit, a pond with ducks, geese, Swans, and other water fowl, and plenty of deer may be seen. The walking path has you on a paved road, which takes you through wooded areas and along the bay.
We checked out the farmer's market and walking trails. Lovely property, small but lively indoor market- It was early April, so offerings are sure to grow in season, but there were a few people selling prepared food and drinks, and crafts.
Getting married at Mt Hope Farm
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
