We have definitely found our dream place to stay with our adult children!! What a great location and the rooms are updated and charming. The location is a dream… 1 minute walk to a private cove with great local people enjoying the sand and sun. Every expectation was exceeded!! We will definitely return!
Best location they have a private beach you can walk to. Very pet friendly . They gave us a puppy beach towel and treats for are dog. Very cute rooms. Very comfortable beds. Great view where you can look at the beach. Very good customer service. Great location very close to some great restaurants.
I stayed in the room with a King or Queen bed and the pull out sofa. Bed was comfortable, room has full size refrigerator and table for eating and a sofa when not pulled into a bed. The beach is right there, very accessible and it's a nice beach. Small but very nice.
A nice surprise, the two bedroom was the perfect size. Quick trip for us but the little beach at the end of the street was great. Also easy walk to Twin Lakes Beach and the two restaurants. On-site staff all friendly and responsive. Note the parking lot pretty packed in, a full size pickup would struggle to fit.
Getting married at Ocean Echo Inn & Beach Cottages
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
