I am upgrading this review to 3.5, stretching for 4 stars, of this lovely establishment because, after spending a few days there, the staff were too Awesome and the activities too plentiful, especially given the basic, nightly charge, to justify the 2.5 - 3 stars i gave it earlier.
Stayed here several summers for a week or two! Fun pools and good snack bar located near the pool. Several options for rooms. Nice beach side rooms and the place is right on the Atlantic Ocean. Lots of family friendly fun activities.
I used an exchange to visit here. The building and property look dated, but the rooms are pretty nice. They have two nice pools and a great beach. Close to everything.

Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
