We've stayed here several times and will continue to stay here in the future. Staff is second-to-none. On our last visit my partner accidentally left her wallet in the room, it had fallen from the table.
The details! I think they thought of everything PLUS somewhen it comes to amenities! Very thoughtful and makes a difference! The rooms are coastal boutique, clean and comfortable. Great location close to everything. Now, the private beach, WONDERFUL, relaxing, private, pristine.
We had such an amazing stay at Ocean Sands Beach Boutique Hotel! The hotel is super cute, clean, and has so many great amenities. What really made our experience special was Linda — she was incredibly helpful and greeted us by name every single time we saw her, which made us feel so welcomed and cared for.
This is a hidden gem. It was soo quiet and peaceful and location was prefect! On one side is the river and on the other side is the ocean the sunset and rising was beautiful. The pool is heated and open till 4am. I had a king whirlpool suite with a balcony the whirlpool is big enough for 2 people.

Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge.
