My husband and I are just finishing our vacation at Oceanfront Cottages and our stay was amazing. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation this is it. We stayed in the Bahama suite and it was more than we expected. Very comfortable and the atmosphere is perfect.
We absolutely loved our stay at the Cottages. Our family booked it for my husband and I to have a nice weekend kid free, and it was absolutely serene and relaxing. The cute style, the beautiful room, the relaxing amenities, and the view gave us the perfect please to rest, recharge, and really let go and enjoy.
Wonderful place to relax, unwind, disconnect from electronics and enjoy the ocean breeze. Wake up to a beautiful sunrise. Relax on the beach with some chairs and an umbrella. Later relax by the pool. Cozy and quite only 5 rooms. What a gem of a find. Will be back again.
We are in the airport waiting to board for our 8th trip to oceanfront cottages. It is our favorite vacation place for rest and relaxation. Chastity is a fabulous host and we have noticed many improvements since she's been at the helm.
Getting married at Oceanfront Cottages
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
