⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Beachfront Stay in Old Orchard Beach! Our stay at this stunning three-story beach house exceeded every expectation. The home is beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable—with thoughtful details throughout.
A beautiful and quiet location with super easy walking access to the beach, which itself is wonderfully-maintained. We really appreciated the level of forethought which went into our condo's furnishings, amenities, and necessities. Washer and dryer were super convenient especially.
We stayed at the Morrison Beach House the past five years. The location and all the rooms was a perfect place (23 of us) for all our adult kids, grandkids and great grandkids to enjoy spending the week together. Plenty of parking for all family members.
We had a wonderful stay at Odessa by the Sea! The cottage was clean and perfect for 4 adults! Super close to the beach and a very short distance to the pier! Jason, our host, is great to work with and responded very quickly for anything we needed!
Getting married at Odessa By the Sea
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
