Incredibly gorgeous ocean front resort in Palmetto Dunes HHI. Every shop, diner, restaurant, or business owner here were always super polite...Southern hospitality. Superb area to vist with plenty of historical places to see. The location is super convenient and is extremely clean.
My family loved our stay at Palmetto Dunes! We stayed in 720 Queens Grant and loved our accommodations. We rode our bikes every day to the beach and enjoyed all the beautiful scenery. Enjoyed the pickle ball courts on site too!
Love this resort! It was very easy to navigate. The bike and walking trails were great. Very dog friendly. General store has a little bit of everything. The beach near dunes house was always clean and not too crowded.
Fantastic accommodations, bike trails, beach and Pickleball's mecca all wrapped into one phenomenal venue. The grounds are luxurious and the people are friendly. We'll be back again!
Getting married at Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
