From the reviews
So glad I made the choice to stay here. Brought my three daughters here and had an awesome time. The units (#221) are spacious with two bathrooms and good water pressure, a must, comfortable beds and a kitchen with everything you need, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and all the pots and pans, dishes, silverware and…
I was impressed by how they maintained the grounds, pool, and building. If you like to surf, RCs is adjacent to the complex. Very nice living space with views of the ocean from every unit. Management was quick to address the minor issues we had when we first arrived.
Very nice place. We rented through Stay in Cocoa Beach. Beach didn't have very many people on it and is very quiet. A lot of restaurants close by. Will stay again 😊 very close to Gleeson Park and things to do. 15 to 20 minutes from Cocoa Beach. Pictures are views from the balcony.
We had a nice unit in the north leg of the W. Dog friendly place with two dog parks. Too cold for the pool, but we had great beach walks most every day. Repairs to the seawall look great, especially after the recent hurricanes. Nice, convenient, low key resort.
Getting married at Paradise Beach Club
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
