This place is hidden treasure. The property is very well maintained & you can’t beat the location. The pool area is lovely & it’s only a 1 min walk to the beach. The water was crystal clear & warm in Dec/Jan. Loved talking a stroll on the boardwalk & seeing all the holiday decorations.
We had a wonderful weekend! The rooms are clean, and the short walk to the beach was prefect. Will come back to stay!
Immaculate studio! It had everything we needed. The grounds are lovely with a pool for a refreshing dip after a day at the beach, which is just steps away from the property. Lovely Deerfield offers good restaurants. Perfect location! We already booked our next stay.
Love this place! Very nice renovated units and heated pool. Excellent location just a few mins from the beach and boardwalk. Super clean, very well managed and always a good quiet crowd staying there. Best short-term rentals in the area for sure!

First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
