Just wanted to take a moment and say how amazing this resort was. Pools were so clean! Beach set up was amazing! it was super kid friendly and all around amazing. Staff was super kind! The rooms were clean and perfect for a family of 5. We are already talking about making this an annual trip!
Great place to stay, and the location is amazing. I'm very impressed with all the amenities and stuff to do. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Was looking forward to going to the spa, but unfortunately, it wasn't open for the season yet.
Booked a river room view room it had a gorgeous view from the balcony! Balcony was spacious as well. We caught some beautiful skies! Room was clean, property was clean and easily walkable. The beach front has loungers and access to the beach so easy. We would stay again!
Very nice place! Staff was efficient preparing pools. Beach staff was very nice getting drinks and umbrellas. Good views of the beach. Live music in the tent. Indoor bar was small but good.
Getting married at Red Jacket Beach Resort & Spa
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
